How long will it take to get my order?

 Do I receive a confirmation number with my order? 

Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing an order. Please contact us if you do not receive one within 24 hours.

I have ordered multiple items, will they be shipped together? 

Not necessarily. Depending on what you ordered, the items may need to be shipped separately and therefore have separate tracking numbers for each item.

My tracking information was not updated, why?

Your package will be "scanned" as it arrives at each new checkpoint or distribution center for processing. It may take some time to travel between these different checkpoints.
